Quick checks
- Reload Slack or quit and reopen the app.

Steps to try
- For loading issues, use Help > Troubleshooting > Clear Cache and Restart in the Slack desktop app.
- Open Slack in an incognito/private browser window.
- Run the Slack connection test at slack.com/help/test if connection errors continue.
- For notification issues, send yourself a test notification from Slack preferences.
- If the issue repeats, collect Slack logs from Help > Troubleshooting > Report Issue.
