Quick checks
- Confirm the monitor has power and is turned on.
- Confirm the video cable is fully connected at both ends.
- Confirm the monitor is set to the correct input/source.
- Disconnect and reconnect docks, adapters, and cables.
- Restart the computer with the display connected.
Steps to try
- Try a different cable or port if one is available.
- Connect the monitor directly to the computer instead of through a dock, if possible.
- On Windows, press Windows + P and confirm Duplicate or Extend is selected.
- On Mac, open System Settings > Displays and check whether the display is detected.
- Test the monitor with another computer if available.
Submit a ticket when
- The display is not detected after cable/port checks.
- The display works on another computer but not yours.
- Resolution, scaling, or flickering makes the display unusable.
- The issue started after an update, dock change, or cable change.
